I purchased a ductless split system heat pump. James and Josh were extremely professional, and undoubtedly the most courteous people I have ever had work for me. Part of the equipment was installed in the attic, which has been a repository for a lot of junk. They worked around and through it with not one complaint, and when they finished, the system is working flawlessly. If I need anything installed in the future, I will be calling Complete Comfort.

David Cochran (Dad) and his crew did a fantastic job putting in the split unit at my son's residence. They arrived on time, they were friendly and professional. They were very attentive during our preinstall walk-through (my son met with Eric the company rep who did the initial estimate and I was there during the install) and listened closely to what my son told me should be the install plan. They made a couple of suggestions that really made sense. I was really impressed how the three men worked together to install the split unit. They answered all my questions gladly and found two things in the electrical panel from another contractor that was done wrong and fixed those to make sure everything was safe for my son and his family. Mr. Cochran and his crew were first class men and first class employees and installers for Complete Comfort. They are a true asset to the company and I highly recommend Complete Comfort for anyone's heating and air conditioning needs.

Truly an A+ HVAC install experience! My technician David and his 2 team members were very cordial throughout all interactions during the install. They wear shoe covers when entering the house, cleaned up after themselves, and explained their work in detail to make me feel comfortable. David also made sure to provide me his card with contact info in case any questions/issues arise.
